Our long-term vision is to become the global benchmark and leading ecosystem for emerging motorsport photographers, delivering world-class workshops, training and immersive experiences that nurture talent, refine skills and transform potential into excellence and real-world success.
Trackside Focus® is a specialist training provider dedicated exclusively to motorsport photography workshops and professional development programmes. It is one of the very few organisations globally to offer media-accredited motorsport photography training.
Its aim is to equip photographers with the practical skills, industry knowledge and real-world professional access required to operate confidently within live motorsport environments. Beyond workshops, Trackside Focus® is building a wider ecosystem designed around its core mission of creating opportunity, supporting photographers through ongoing professional development, industry connection, access, and real-world pathways within motorsport.
Mic - 24H Barcelona Motorsport Photography Workshop 2025
I've just returned from the Barcelona 24H Series trip and it was a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable experience. Both Greg and Mike were a pleasure to spend time with, as were the other attendees. Mike's knowledge of motorsport photography and of the Spanish circuit proved invaluable and enabled me to come away with some truly amazing shots. It's obvious that a lot of effort goes into making these trips successful, and Greg was very attentive throughout, making sure all attendees had the support they needed. In fact, I loved the trip so much that I've already booked myself on their Dubai workshop in January '26.

Meet Greg - Founder of Trackside Focus®
Meet Greg, the visionary founder, chief coffee drinker, and the guy who thought, “Hey, why not start a photographic adventure company?” So, in 2023, and with some family inheritance, he did just that. But here’s the thing: when you’ve got a need for speed (and a knack for motorsport), generic “adventures” just don’t cut it. Greg quickly realised his heart - and business ambitions - belonged trackside. Fast forward to December 2024, and Greg re-branded the business to Trackside Focus® - because let’s be real, he’s way more into the roar of engines and the smell of burning rubber at epic race circuits than anything else.
Greg’s mission with Trackside Focus® is simple - to help motorsport photographers turn their passion into opportunity. He is building a world-leading, motorsport photography ecosystem through a combination of professional development, immersive workshops, and media-accredited training - all designed to enhance skills, provide insider knowledge and ignite careers.
Trackside Focus® is a micro, completely self-funded business (translation: Greg does everything solo, whilst doing a lot with a little), and a family business at that. Small? Yes. Mighty? Absolutely.
With Trackside Focus®, photography is personal. Every member is more than a name on a list - they’re a genuine connection. Greg takes the time to know each photographer, understand their goals, and celebrate their progress. Along the way, many of these connections grow into lasting friendships, making every workshop, session, and moment trackside more than just learning - it’s a shared journey.
So yeah, Trackside Focus® might only be small, but underestimate us at your own risk - because Greg is seriously determined, and he’s just getting started.
